Listen, I’m not going to give you a diet. I just want you to add this to whatever it is you’re already eating.
Black beans are great because of the high amount of protein AND fiber they have in them. The fiber is the key in my opinion. A can of black beans is cheap also… about 50 cents. And… you don’t need to be a great cook or take forever in the kitchen with them. You only need to cook them for 5 minutes.
I recommend that you add 1/2 can to your breakfast and 1/2 can to either lunch or dinner.
These black beans will fill you up and FORCE YOU to eat less elsewhere throughout the day. Just try it out for a few days and you’ll see what I mean.
